Antique cross, malachite and medals necklace

Necklace composed of a goldfilled rectangular chain, associated with a cross worked in Fix, a malachite cabochon set on gold plated, an Art Deco medal of the Virgin with a veil, and a small green enamelled element with the arms of Brittany.
