General terms and conditions of sale
The site www.ethichunt.com is published by the simplified joint stock company ETHIC HUNT SAS, whose head office is located at 33, galerie véro-dodat 75001 Paris, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under the number 891 208 209.
The intra-community VAT number is FR 59 891208209.
APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
ETHIC HUNT reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present GTC.
The version of the GTC applicable to any sale is the one appearing online on the weslow.fr website and at the time of the Order.
In fact, placing an Order requires the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of the GTC.
The general terms and conditions of sale (the "GTCS") detailed below apply to all orders of products and services placed via the Site (the "Products") with ETHIC HUNT SAS by any person (the "Client").
The Client must take note of the GTC prior to any order (the "Order"), the GTC being available on the Sites.
2. DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made by the partner brands from Chronopost, DPD, GLS, UPS or DHL, Colissimo, La Dutch Post, Royal Mail Service, La post NL, from Monday to Saturday, depending on the transport company.
Delivery means the transfer of physical possession of the Products to the Customer (the "Delivery").
The Delivery charges applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Site at the time of the Order in the "Delivery and Returns" section.
When ETHIC HUNT SAS takes care of the delivery of the Product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the Client at the time of the Delivery.
As an exception, the risk is transferred to the Client at the time of delivery of the Product to the carrier when the latter is in charge of the transport by the Client and not by ETHIC HUNT.
The Delivery is carried out at the delivery address indicated by the Client, being specified that this one must be the residence address of the Client, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal entity (delivery to his company).
In the event of return of the parcel to the logistic center of ETHIC HUNT SAS or of a partner " marketplace ", return expenses of 6€ will be deducted for France and Belgium; 15€ for Europe will be invoiced to the client.
ETHIC HUNT SAS delivers the Orders within a maximum delay of twelve (14) working days for a Delivery in Metropolitan France and twenty (20) working days for an international Delivery, this delay being counted from the first working day after the validation of the order. The day after a collection is put online and from December 1 to December 31, the delivery time may be increased by ten (10) days. In case of national problem (strike/pandemic) the delivery time can be extended up to 20 days, the information will be communicated to the customer in the "Shipping" section.
In order to respect these deadlines, the client must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
ETHIC HUNT SAS shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery not caused by ETHIC HUNT SAS or justified by a case of force majeure (as defined below).
In the event of exceeding the delivery time, the Client may request the cancellation of the sale and obtain, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days of his request, the reimbursement of the sums paid for the Order. Except for the above, ETHIC HUNT SAS shall not be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery, only the reimbursement of the Product by ETHIC HUNT SAS being possible to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.
The Deliveries can also be carried out in Relay Point, subject to the acceptance of the parcel by the selected Relay Point.
